COVID-19 UPDATE MARCH 2021
We cannot wait to welcome our visitors back to Scotland and, subject to Government guidelines, we are hoping that by the summer of 2021 the various vaccines will enable is to start tours again.
Uniquely Scotland has passed the government’s ‘good to go’ test for tour operations and we are able to provide private tours of Scotland. A private tour is the best way to travel whilst practicing social distancing without other passengers being in the vehicle.
We will comply with any Covid related guidance issued by the Scottish Government at the time of your tour and you can keep up to date with these here.
For tour guests with existing bookings we have already offered any payments made to be put towards a 2021 tour.
Any new bookings will be accepted on the provision that if the trip is unable to go ahead due to Covid-19 restrictions the trip will be suspended. Trip payments will be held and can be put towards any Uniquely Scotland trip in 2021 or 2022.
We will make sure you understand any local procedures in relation to Covid-19 restrictions.
“We were coming to Scotland for the Ryder Cup at Gleneagles and had a few days to travel. We contacted Archie and told him we wanted a distillery tour and some time on Scotland's West coast. Archie developed a two day itinerary that covered much of the central Highlands including Perthshire, the stunning Glencoe, Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, as well as Oban and the beautiful Isle of Mull on the west coast. He was very knowledgeable of Scottish history, explaining the clans in different areas and various battles in history as we covered the countryside. When we overslept on the Isle of Mull and the itinerary had to be adjusted slightly, Archie easily made the changes and had us on course, always pleasant and smiling. We highly recommend Uniquely Scotland to anyone traveling to Scotland. Just beware of his John Denver dance mix CD...”
